Harry Radenberg is the Founder and one of the Solutions Architects at GearsCRM. He is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction and managing overall operations. Harry’s background includes more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing operations technology and over 14 years of experience with Salesforce. He has a unique ability to grasp a company’s existing business processes and to envision how those processes can be improved through automation. Harry also possesses the hands-on experience required to make those changes happen using the power of Salesforce and other related technologies.
Harry formerly was VP of Sales & Marketing Operations at MedHelp, the world’s largest online health community. At MedHelp, Harry was responsible for Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Ad Operations and Customer / Community Support. Earlier in his career, Harry was the Director of IT at IMLogic, an instant messaging security software company acquired by Symantec, where he was responsible for business applications and IT. In 2005, Salesforce recognized Harry as one of their Customer Heroes due to his responsibility in managing one of the industry-leading CRM environments. Previously, he worked with Parametric Technology Company (PTC) for five years becoming the Director of Marketing Operations. Harry managed a team of business and system analysts responsible for developing corporate strategy and determining marketing efforts as well as implementing the business applications infrastructure to empower Marketing.
Outside of Gears, Harry enjoys building Legos with his son and acting as a punching bag for his blue belt daughter. He is an avid racquetball player, bleeds Dodger blue, and always tries to find spare time to read a good fiction novel.
Chief Technology Officer
Sean Fielding serves as Chief Technology Officer at GearsCRM. His responsibilities include managing and providing technical oversight for all of the company’s development and integration projects.
Sean’s background includes over 18 years of professional experience with Information Technology departments of large multinational corporations. He has expertise in a variety of technical areas including application design, development, business and systems architecture, business analysis, and business process improvement. Sean’s business acumen and thorough understanding of many business domains (Sales, Service, Installation Base, Human Resources, and Finance) landed him on diverse and challenging assignments where he delivered the best in class technology. Sean is passionate about his job and enjoys providing his customers with robust technical solutions that not only meet expectations but also result in process improvement, cost savings and operational efficiencies.
If he’s not at his desk, you’ll find Sean taking advantage of all the great outdoors that New England has to offer. On a nice sunny day, you will most likely find him hiking, biking, kayaking or attempting to overcome his fear of heights by rock climbing.
Chief Operating Officer
Terry serves as Chief Operating Officer of GearsCRM. Terry collaborates with the entire Gears team to ensure optimal project delivery and the long-term success of each individual customer. She also manages internal operations for the company. Terry brings an extensive operations and customer success background to her role. She has a refined ability to identify and implement the structure, process and system optimizations that drive success, and she’s passionate about assisting every member of the GearsCRM team in delivering maximum value to each customer.
Terry comes to GearsCRM from LogMeIn, where she led sales operations, user services and tech support. Terry created the sales operations function at LogMeIn in 2007, and managed all aspects of strategic planning, analysis and sales infrastructure through a six year period of rapid growth and a successful IPO. She implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud in 2008 with the help of GearsCRM, and continued to manage the very complex, high-volume sales and support instance for more than five years. In 2011, Terry’s role at the company expanded to include leadership of the user services and technical support functions. In this position she ran an international 95 person service and support call center team with an intent focus on customer success. Terry focused on strategically managing the road map for the Sales and Service Clouds throughout her time at LogMeIn, and she has a deep understanding of the impact that a well-designed CRM solution has on ultimate success. Prior to LogMeIn, Terry held roles in business operations at Yahoo! and Monster.com, and she also worked as a business consultant with Wipro-NerveWire. Terry’s deep operations experience in high-growth, successful environments large and small gives her a unique ability to insightfully determine priorities and effectively execute strategy.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She loves family adventures and is an expert on local playgrounds, zoos, farms and beaches. Given a rare afternoon to herself, Terry likes to read, cook and hike with Wrigley, the very lovable brown pup.
Vice President of Solutions
As the Vice President of Solutions, Lauren Papa is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled Solution Architects who align Salesforce’s cutting edge technology with our customer’s business needs. In this role, Lauren engages with our customers to establish a strategic Salesforce roadmap and guides the team toward execution against their long and short term visions. Throughout an engagement, Lauren works with each of our customers to ensure they feel as though they’ve entered into a true partnership and not a vendor-purchaser relationship. It is as a trusted advisor that Lauren can employ her executive vision, operational pragmatism, and creative perspective to create a wining solution.
Getting her first taste of salesforce.com in 2003, Lauren has over 13 years’ experience managing and implementing salesforce.com and other Enterprise Applications. Formerly with Endeca Technologies and athenahealth, Lauren’s foundation is within the business as a trusted partner on successful operations teams. Working alongside World Wide Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support teams has provided Lauren with an arsenal of relatable business experiences from which she can pull. Since joining Gears in 2011, Lauren has been exposed to a vast array of industries, companies, processes, technology ecosystems and custom salesforce configurations. With this experience and her knack for whiteboarding, there are few business challenges that stand a chance against her solutions!
When not looking to be a solution to someone’s problem, Lauren enjoys spending time outside with her husband, two little boys and their dog. They can often be found (or not?) wearing camouflage and trudging through the woods enjoying nature, hunting for mushrooms around their neighborhood, or tending to their garden. Formerly an avid wine drinker, Lauren has succumbed to the cult of craft beer lovers and is currently on an IPA kick.

Vice President of Development
Wayne Charron serves as VP of Development at GearsCRM. He oversees the internal development teams to ensure best practice coding standards, quality delivery, and case priority management for custom code projects and support. Wayne has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Software development sector as well as 20+ years of experience with developing and managing CRM systems. With a strong business background, he has the ability to translate business requirements and needs into strong technical solutions.
Wayne comes from Skillsoft Corporation where he joined an up-and- coming startup company and helped build them into an industry leading, Cloud-based, eLearning Company. In his 18 years at Skillsoft Wayne established, built, and managed several technology departments including IT, Business Applications, Hosting, and Fulfillment. Using Salesforce as a central system, he helped integrate several major ERP platforms including Oracle PeopleSoft Finance, SAP Business Objects, Apttus CPQ, and several custom .NET applications to provide an automated and streamlined Quote to Fulfillment solution for Skillsoft. In his most recent role at Skillsoft as Director of Business Applications, Wayne managed and was hands-on with a highly customized and complex, 2,500-user Salesforce environment. As part of an acquisition team, he led aggressive development projects to convert and migrate numerous ERP systems and five Salesforce-to- Salesforce migrations for over nine acquisitions to centralize and gain efficiencies with business process and systems.
In his spare time, Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can also find him attempting to play golf (usually unsuccessfully, according to him) and enjoying just being outside. On a nice summer evening he can be found sipping bourbon and relaxing outdoors.
Vice President of Delivery
Kathryn is the Vice President of Delivery at GearsCRM and oversees all of GearsCRM’s delivery team. She has been working with GearsCRM customers for over five years helping manage and improve their Sales and Service cloud instances. Her background in operations and data analytics, combined with her Salesforce expertise serve her well in assisting GearsCRM clients navigating through technology and process changes.
Prior to joining GearsCRM, Kathryn spent 12 years in business analyst and operations roles. She has experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Service organizations implementing and managing business solutions in both the public and private sectors. She takes pride in being hands on while tackling business challenges.
Outside of work, Kathryn is busy juggling the schedules of three very active young children. She and her husband are avid snowboarders and enjoy family vacations in the winter months, particularly to mountains in Colorado.
Practice Director – Midwest
Michael serves as the Practice Director – Midwest, and primarily focuses on the needs of our existing clients. He specializes in working with customers to design solutions that meet their business needs and then building plans to implement those solutions. He started with GearsCRM as a Senior Consultant and worked on a number of large Sales and Service Cloud projects before becoming a Solutions Architect in 2014.
Michael started his career as a developer and has been working with Salesforce since 2009. He has a deep understanding of the Salesforce architecture and has worked with many other internet technologies, including database platforms, Content Management systems, Business Intelligence tools and numerous programming languages. He also has a business background that allows him to leverage his technical knowledge to design systems that have solid architectural foundations and still meet customer needs. He studied Information Systems and Journalism at Ohio University and then earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
During his free time, Michael enjoys running, biking and spending time with his wife and two children, Miles and Nolan. You’ll often find him exploring the trails of the suburban Chicago forest preserves, either on his own or with his children.
Practice Director, Sales Cloud Specialties
As the Director of Sales Cloud Specialties, Jaclyn defines priorities, leads day to day activities and provides thought leadership for Sales Cloud feature products such as Pardot and Steelbrick. Jaclyn leverages her extensive Salesforce expertise to provide strategic consulting on marketing and salesforce automation to help clients improve their sales and marketing business processes while overseeing the delivery of Pardot and Steelbrick implementations.
Jaclyn has ten years of experience in marketing communications, sales operations, project management and Salesforce administration. Her background in lead generation, managing marketing programs and supporting sales operations provides her with an understanding of the unique challenges in aligning the priorities of marketing and sales teams. Her early career experience in search engine optimization and the software development industry have allowed her to demonstrate proven success in bridging the gap between marketing and technology.
In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys trying out new recipes and laughing about her latest Pinterest fail. She’s often found watching a Sox or Pats game with her husband and sons, or trying to keep up with her guilty pleasure: the latest celebrity gossip.
Director of Data Services
As the Director of Data Services, Paulomi oversees a team of Data experts whose focus is to help customers successfully define and execute a data strategy as part of their Salesforce implementation projects. Paulomi’s focus has always been on ensuring that clients are able to look further than just the functionality of Salesforce but also define a successful strategy around data management. Through integration, data migration, data de-duplication and data governance strategies, Paulomi works closely with customers to make the most of their data within their systems.
Paulomi has been working in the CRM industry for over 10 years. With the last 5 years focused on all the data components that are required for enterprise implementations. Paulomi is Dell Boomi certified and additionally has experience working with a number iPaaS systems. Paulomi started her career off as a business analyst giving her the ability to clearly communicate with the business and technical teams when discussing complex data integration issues.
When not focused on all things data, Paulomi loves traveling with her family and exploring destinations less traveled.
Human Resources Manager
As the Human Resources Manager, Kira manages all facets of HR at Gears including professional development, administration of all our benefit plans, 401k, legal compliance, and payroll.
Having begun her career as a recruiter at a fast-paced quickly growing staffing Company, Kira moved into an Operational role essentially building the HR department from the ground up which allowed her to get her hands on essentially every function. Later working at a high-tech Company as part of larger HR team helped round out her experience. With over 9 years of HR experience, Kira is prepared for the many exciting challenges and flexibility that GearsCRM needs.
When she’s not supporting her team, you’ll likely find Kira at home cleaning up the latest disaster from her son and puppy—or, to her husband’s dismay, making her own mess with an attempted DIY home improvement project.
Director of Technical Architecture
As Director of Technical Architecture at GearsCRM, Nicole manages and supports the strategic technical initiatives for our organization along with the Technical Architect team. Her responsibilities include architecting complex software solutions, managing our internal business and technical processes, collaborating company-wide to ensure effective best practices, standards and streamlining of our software development life cycle to accommodate our versatile client base. She oversees the development process for our clients from inception to completion and collaborates with our Data Services team to provide integration and data migration strategies and solutions.
Nicole brings a strong background and extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, architecture and integrations, having previously worked on major Salesforce implementations and global integration projects for Fortune 500 companies.
Nicole’s background includes 20 years of a versatile career in technology with multi-industry experience delivering large scale software implementations. Her previous roles include Director of IT for a startup, Director of Consulting Services, Senior Technical Project Manager, 10 years of Microsoft .NET application development, project management, business analysis, business process re-engineering and change management. Nicole’s technical certifications include Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Certified Scrum Master in Agile Technologies. Nicole brings a business perspective to technology management along with strong leadership, communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Her collaborative and adaptive leadership style and ability to build and motivate teams fosters truly cohesive team environments. She is well-known for her positive, “can do” attitude, empowering “servant leader” approach and infectious sense of humor. She is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH where she studied Management Information Systems and Psychology.
When not serving as the GearsCRM and Salesforce cheerleading captain, you can find Nicole at a ballet, yoga or Orange Theory class, a Blackhawks game [season ticket holder since ‘08] or other Chicago sporting event [Bears, White Sox, ND], jogging along the Chicago lakefront and volunteering as a strong advocate for human and animal rights. Nicole most recently danced in Joel Hall’s second company, studied ballet, pointe, jazz and modern dance since she was 8 years old and and was a member of the Miami Dance Team. Her theatre credits include Kristine in A Chorus Line, Rumpleteazer in CATS and featured dancer in 42nd Street, Jesus Christ Superstar, Bye Bye Birdie and City of Angels. Other accomplishments include finishing four Chicago marathons and 12+ half marathons. Nicole loves spending time with her very fun and fiendishly clever family and friends, telling stupid jokes, sending silly Dubsmash videos, eating Italian food and sushi [not together], drinking prosecco and fireball [yes, together], singing showtunes, dancing the night away and traveling to faraway places. Favorite place on this earth at this moment: Rome, Italy.
Director of Operations
Christine Gazda is a Director of Operations for GearsCRM. Christine comes with years of experience in
high-volume operational centers with a strong focus in management. She coordinates between the Gears team to ensure efficiency across projects and reinforces bottom line goals. While helping manage project teams, Christine is passionate about identifying hurdles, finding immediate solutions and formulating long term strategies to combat similar obstacles in the future.
Christine’s background includes over two decades of operations management experience at both public companies and private small businesses. She specializes in operational leadership, growth strategies, and organizational efficiencies. Christine came to Gears from Cars.com where she managed territory alignments, sales deployment and support, data quality and quality assurance. Prior to that she spent over 10 years in the private sector managing operations for an armored car and security company. Christine’s experiences give her a distinct set of skills that contribute both to day to day operations and the long term planning.
When Christine unplugs from her headset you will find her hitting the slopes in the winter and cheering on the Chicago Cubs in the summer. She enjoys having her family and friends over for dinner and game night. Christine has a list of places she wants to travel to that started when she received a subscription to National Geographic magazine as a child.
Director of Operations
Heidi Stuck is a Director of Operations for GearsCRM. Heidi coordinates with the Gears team to ensure efficiency across projects and reinforces bottom line goals. Heidi’s extensive Project Management background helps mentor the team in the Project management process and deliverables, helping drive the team to produce efficient and successful projects.
Heidi’s background includes over 20 years in the IT Project Management field with a diverse background of government and financial services companies. Heidi came to Gears from an industry leader in defense contracting where she led large scale projects with a focus on Information Technology, managing the scope, schedule, budget and risks following a strict project process and ISO certification requirements. Prior to that she spent over 10 years in the Financial Services industry with various positions in the Information Technology field, from Development to Project Management. These diverse technology skills bring a wide range of expertise to managing the operations at Gears.
When Heidi isn’t working, you can find her enjoying a wide range of activities, from skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, travelling to a far off country, cooking for her friends, attending wine tastings or a new hot restaurant or just spending time with her 3 kitties. In the summer, you can find Heidi planting and tending her garden and feeding all the critters and outdoor stray animals that come by for snacks.
South Practice Director
Hans is the South Practice Director at GearsCRM, focused on collaborating with clients to become their trusted long-lasting business partner. He understands that each business has unique needs and challenges that must be met with an optimized individual approach. He is a technology and operations professional with over seven years of experience automating and simplifying marketing, sales, and customer service processes with creative and scalable solutions.
Hans joined GearsCRM in 2014 as a Senior Consultant, and has been a Solutions Architect since 2015. Prior to joining the team, he worked with athenahealth as a business systems analyst and Salesforce administrator, and for Constant Contact implementing Salesforce solutions in conjunction with GearsCRM. Hans loves to combine his business acumen, technical expertise, and knowledge of enterprise applications to design reliable and sustainable systems. He graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Economics.
When his fingers are off the keyboard, Hans is always on the go. He kiteboards in New England year-round, and spends many weekends skiing, biking, and hiking with his wife and dogs. He’s no slouch in the kitchen, and is happy to take on home improvement projects regardless of applicable skills or experience.
